Returns & Exchange

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@cosmo-land.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return/exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or packing slip.

  • Ship to the return address provided in your approval email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@cosmo-land.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged product & packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll provide a free return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.


6. International Returns

  • Customers outside [Your Country] are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges.
